Raising Self-Sufficient Kids Through Food Science, Friday, May 10th, 10:30-11:15 am with Q and A and Office Hours Through 11:45

A knowledge of food science principles can help your kids with their cooking skills, including troubleshooting attempts that go wrong, keep them from getting sick, and save them money.  All of these things are great survival skills, with or without an emergency.
